That is why we take the time to examine and discuss the neurologic, respiratory, gastrointestinal, cardiac, and reproductive systems in addition to the musculoskeletal system. When your horse is limping, you and your horse need answers and a tailored treatment plan. At CEP, we don’t guess we block! This means localizing the source the of the lameness with diagnostic nerve and joint blocks so we can accurately diagnose where the problem is and then appropriate imaging to determine what the problem is. This approach decreases time out of the saddle and maximizes successful outcomes.

Keeping your horse at peak performance requires a multi-system approach. Our 1 and 3 meterportable endoscopes allow us to evaluate your horse’s respiratory tract and stomach to diagnose other causes of poor performance or behavioral concerns stall side.

For our regular patients in the local community, we offer 24/7/365 emergency coverage so you can rest assured your horse will be taken care of.
